How long does a Zumax order take to deliver?
Most pieces are made to order in 4-6 weeks from confirmation. Bulk fit-outs are quoted with a project timeline at the survey stage.
Can I customise the finish, colour, or dimensions?
Yes. Every Zumax piece is built after you order, so you choose the finish, colour, hardware, and dimensions during the consultation.
Is delivery and installation included?
Delivery and on-site assembly are included for Tier-1 cities on residential orders, and for institutional orders over 50 units anywhere in India.
What warranty does Zumax provide?
Frames carry a 5 to 10 year manufacturer warranty depending on the range. Workmanship is covered for 12 months. Hardware follows the supplier's warranty.
Do you accept bulk or institutional orders?
