Every order starts with a free on-site survey and a 2D/3D layout you sign off on before we raise an invoice. Delivery and on-site assembly are free within Delhi NCR, handled by our own crew. Outside NCR, Zumax-supervised partner crews carry out the install and logistics are billed as actuals.

A workshop, a design studio and an install crew under one roof
Most off-the-shelf catalogue brands in India are showrooms with a logistics partner stapled on the back. Zumax owns the workshop floor, the CNC line, the spray booth and the install crew. The hardware we fit is hardware we have pull-tested ourselves. And if a hinge sits proud by half a millimetre, the person we call is the same fitter who carried the piece up your stairs. No outsourced sub-assemblies. No white-labelled imports.

What you get with a Zumax order
Free site survey
A Zumax designer comes to the room with a laser distance meter, tablet and material samples, checks plug positions, water lines and structural fixings, and then quotes. We do not ask for a deposit before the survey. Free across the board.
2D/3D layout approval
You walk through the kitchen, wardrobe or almirah in 2D/3D before we cut anything. Layouts land within 5 working days of the survey. The Experience Center in Greater Noida carries a material library of 200+ swatches you can sit with.
Named hardware partners
Hettich hinges and runners as standard, with Salice, Grass or Blum on select lines. Samhongsa gas lifts. Saint-Gobain or AIS tempered glass. Greenply or Century BWP plywood. Hafele or Ebco locks. We name the brand on the quote.
Powder-coat for monsoon
Steel almirah frames are degreased, phosphate-treated and oven-cured with Paramount or AkzoNobel powder coat. 100-hour salt-spray tested so they hold up in coastal humidity.
NCR install on our payroll
Delivery and on-site assembly are free within Delhi NCR, handled by Zumax crews on our payroll. Outside NCR, the install runs through Zumax-supervised partner crews and logistics is billed as actuals.
Documented warranty
10 years on steel almirahs, modular kitchens and luxury wardrobes. 10-year workmanship cover on the install. Issued on Zumax letterhead at handover. Replacement parts stocked at Greater Noida, 7 working days to ship.

What kinds of home furniture does Zumax make?
Three categories for the home. Steel almirahs in double-door and triple-door builds, including an alternative to a Godrej Slimline 3-door almirah. Modular kitchens in L, U, island, peninsula, single-wall and double-gallery layouts. Luxury wardrobes in glass, sliding and wooden-door builds, plus full walk-in formats. Everything is made to order at our Greater Noida workshop.
How is Zumax different from off-the-shelf catalogue brands and marketplace brands?
Zumax owns the workshop, the design studio and the install crew. Catalogue brands run a retail network. Marketplace brands are aggregators. With us, the person who quotes, the carpenter who builds and the NCR fitter who installs all sit on one payroll. One project manager per job. Founders on the shop floor every week.
Which Indian cities do you deliver and install in?
Free delivery and on-site assembly within Delhi NCR, run by our own crew. Outside NCR, Zumax-supervised partner crews carry out the install and third-party logistics is billed as actuals. Tier-2 city orders add 2-3 days to the lead time over the Tier-1 schedule.
How are Zumax home furniture pieces quoted?
Pricing is project-specific and shared after the site survey, since it depends on size, finish, and hardware. Send the dimensions and the Business Coordinator Team will revert with a written quote within 24-48 hours.
Is there a warranty on home furniture?
Yes, on Zumax letterhead. 10 years on steel almirahs. 10 years on modular kitchens. 10 years on luxury wardrobes across any door style. 10-year workmanship cover on the install. Replacement parts are stocked at our Greater Noida workshop and ship within 7 working days.
How long does a Zumax home order take?
Written quote within 24-48 hours. 2D/3D layout within 5 working days of the survey. In-stock standalone almirah or chair ships in 24 hours, subject to availability. Custom almirah configurations take 4-5 days. Modular kitchens and luxury wardrobes build and install in 15 days from order confirmation, subject to site readiness (electrical, plumbing and paint). Tier-2 cities add 2-3 days.
Do you do a site visit before quoting a kitchen or wardrobe?
Yes, free of cost. A Zumax designer visits the property with a laser distance meter, tablet and material samples, measures the room, checks plug points, water lines and structural fixings, then follows up with a 2D/3D layout within 5 working days. No deposit before the survey. No design fee on the layout.
What hardware and locks go into a Zumax almirah?
The almirah body is 18-gauge CRCA cold-rolled steel, frame-tested in-house to 20,000 cycles. The lever lock and bolt set is sourced from Hafele or Ebco. Powder coat is Paramount or AkzoNobel, 100-hour salt-spray tested. Office chair mechanisms on the wider range are BIFMA X5.1 tested.
Can I customise the interior of a wardrobe or almirah?
Yes. Hanging height, drawer count, shoe shelving, jewellery drawers, mirror panels and integrated LED are all configured during the design consultation, with no design fee. The 2D/3D layout shows the final interior before we start manufacturing. Carcass is BWP plywood with laminate from Marino, Greenlam or Royal Touch, or walnut veneer sourced from Bhutan Tuff.

Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd., founded 2008, manufacturing out of 221/1, Udyog Kendra I, Ecotech III, Greater Noida 201306. The 60,000 sq ft workshop, the in-house CAD studio with three designers, the Experience Center and the dispatch yard sit on the same site.
