Delhi NCR runs on Zumax's own in-house install crew, on payroll. Outside NCR is handled by Zumax-supervised partner crews, with a site lead from Zumax on bigger projects. Bulk delivery anywhere in India runs through third-party logistics, billed as actuals. Tier-2 cities add 2 to 3 days to the lead time over Tier-1. Freight terms are confirmed in the written quote based on city and order size.

Yes. Earlier is better. Pre-construction is when wall thicknesses, plumbing rough-ins, electrical points, and AC duct routing can still be adjusted for kitchen modules or workstation cable spines.
