Visiting the Experience Center — common questions
Inside the Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd. workshop at 221/1, Udyog Kendra I, Ecotech III, Greater Noida 201306. Parking is free and on-site. We send a pinned Google Maps link with your booking confirmation.
Walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead just means a designer is held for you with materials and references laid out before you arrive. Either way, you get the full tour.

Yes. No design fee. The showroom visit, designer time, 2D / 3D / CAD layout and material library session are all free, with no obligation to place an order. Project pricing is shared after the site survey, with a written quote within 24 to 48 hours.
A floor plan (a hand sketch with dimensions is fine), photos of the room from two or three angles, any reference images you have been saving, and a rough brief on what you need. For office, school or lab projects, bring a headcount and a copy of the floor plate if you have one.
Yes. The 30-minute workshop walk covers the steel line, carcass routing, powder-coat booth, upholstery and final assembly. PPE is handed out at the gate. Founders are on the shop floor weekly, so you may run into them.
Both. The B2B zone has BIFMA X5.1 tested chairs, a racetrack conference table with cable modules, a workstation cluster with acoustic screens, reception desk samples, student desks sized to NIB standard, and a chemistry bench with chemical-resistant top.
Send the dimensions and the Business Coordinator Team reverts with a written quote in 24 to 48 hours, broken down by carcass, hardware line items, finish and installation. After survey, 2D / 3D layout follows in 5 working days.
Yes. We block a longer slot for outstation visitors and can point you to a hotel near the workshop. Free delivery and install only run inside Delhi NCR. Outside NCR, logistics and install are handled by Zumax-supervised partner crews and billed as actuals. Tier-2 cities add 2 to 3 days to the lead time.
