Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a furniture manufacturer incorporated in India with its registered office and factory at Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd., 221/1, Udyog Kendra I, Ecotech III, Greater Noida - 201306, Uttar Pradesh. We design, manufacture, deliver and install steel almirahs, modular kitchens, wardrobes and office, institutional and school furniture.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
• You agree that the name, phone number, email address and delivery address you give us are accurate and complete, and that we may rely on them to fulfil your order and contact you about it.
• Business and institutional buyers confirm that the person placing the order is authorised to do so on behalf of the organisation.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, for products sold online, are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery and installation charges, where any apply, are shown before you pay.
• Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. The price shown at the time you complete payment is the price that applies to your order.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, grain and finish may vary slightly from what you see on screen because of display settings and natural variation in materials.
• Modular kitchens, wardrobes and most office and institutional furniture are made to order against a written quotation. For those projects the quotation, once accepted and paid for as agreed, forms part of the contract and prevails over any general description on this website.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Online orders on this website are processed through Razorpay, a payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and, where offered by your bank, credit card and debit card EMI.

• An order is confirmed only when the payment is successfully captured and you receive an order confirmation on screen and by email. Until then, adding items to the cart or starting a payment does not reserve stock.
• We do not store your card number, CVV or net banking credentials. Payment details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS compliant pages.
• EMI options, tenures, interest and any processing fee are offered by your card-issuing bank and are subject to the bank's terms. Zumax does not charge an additional fee for choosing EMI. Any EMI-related charge or interest is set by, and paid to, your bank.
• If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference and we will help trace it.
• For quotation-based projects, the advance, milestone payments and balance are as stated in the quotation. We may hold dispatch or installation until the agreed payment for that stage has been received.
• A tax invoice is issued for every order in accordance with the GST law. Please give us your GSTIN at the time of ordering if you need it on the invoice.

Online almirah orders are currently delivered and installed within Delhi NCR only, free of charge. Delivery elsewhere, and delivery of quotation-based projects, is arranged as agreed with you in writing. Timelines, access requirements and what happens on delivery day are set out in our Shipping and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your rights to cancel an order, return a product and receive a refund are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: online orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch; made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun; and products damaged in transit, delivered wrong or found to have a manufacturing defect are repaired or replaced at no cost.

Our products carry a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery:

• Steel almirahs: 10 years on body, hardware, lock and powder-coat finish.
• Wardrobes and modular kitchens: 10 years on carcass, hardware and finish.
• Office chairs: 1 year, replacement only. Castors are not covered.
• Other office, institutional and school furniture: 2 years on manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, overloading, moisture or chemicals, unauthorised repair or modification, relocation after installation, or damage caused by fire, flood or other events beyond our control. Where the exact cover for a product differs, the written quotation or the product page states it, and that description prevails. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers or the data it holds.
• Copy, scrape or reproduce product images, prices, descriptions or other content for commercial use without our written permission.
• Place orders using false details, another person's payment instrument without authority, or with no intention of completing the purchase.

The Zumax name, logo, product designs, photographs, drawings, text and other content on this website belong to Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

• We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data, or for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as strikes, natural disasters, government action or disruption to transport.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you also consent to us contacting you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order placed with us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, without prejudice to your right to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The latest version is always available on this page with its effective date.
