Mesh-back task chairs and executive seating with mechanisms tested to BIFMA X5.1. Synchro-tilt with a three-point lock, adjustable lumbar, 3D or 4D arms, Samhongsa gas lifts, and a 5-star aluminium or nylon base depending on grade. These four are the volume movers; most IT and BPO orders go out with a mix of them.

Does Zumax supply office furniture for businesses across India or only Delhi NCR?
Pan-India. The workshop is in Greater Noida. Delivery and install inside Delhi NCR is run by our own in-house crew, free of charge on home and small B2B orders, and free on B2B orders above 50 units. Outside NCR is handled by Zumax-supervised partner crews and third-party logistics, billed as actuals, with a Zumax site lead on bigger projects.
Can I get GST invoicing and an MSME registered vendor on file?
Yes. Zumax Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a GST-registered, Udyam (MSME) registered manufacturer, founded in 2008. We issue tax invoices with HSN codes against your PO, and we sit on the empanelled vendor lists of several PSUs, IT majors and university procurement cells. GeM, BIS and BIFMA documents go across to the procurement team on request.
What is the typical lead time for a 50-seater office fit-out?
15 days from order confirmation for a 50-seater fit-out, subject to site readiness. Written quote comes back inside 24 to 48 hours of enquiry. The 2D / 3D layout lands within 5 working days of the site survey. Standalone in-stock chairs ship inside 24 hours subject to availability. Tier-2 city add-on is +2 to 3 days over the NCR / Tier-1 timeline.
Are Zumax office chairs BIFMA tested?
The mechanisms, Samhongsa gas lifts and bases on the ergonomic and executive ranges are tested to BIFMA X5.1. Test reports are shared on request for tender submissions.
Do you handle full school and college fit-outs including labs?
Yes. Classroom desks are sized to NIB student-height standard, with real anti-microbial HPL tops sourced from Marino, Greenlam or Royal Touch. Lab benches reference IS 4837, library shelving references IS 1553. Bulk classroom orders of 50 units and above ship within 15 days from order confirmation, with free survey and install inside Delhi NCR.

No minimum. We've shipped single-cabin refits and single-classroom upgrades. Survey and install are free on B2B orders above 50 units and on enquiries over 10 workstations inside Delhi NCR. Below that threshold, a small visit charge applies inside NCR and is quoted as actuals for other cities.
What warranty and AMC does Zumax offer on commercial furniture?
2 years on manufacturing defects across conference tables, executive desks, reception desks, workstation systems, office storage (lockers, credenzas, filing), soft seating, classroom desks, lab benches and auditorium chairs. 1 year on office chairs — replacement only, no field repair, and no warranty on castors. 10 years workmanship cover on the install. Re-upholstery service available from year 5 onwards on soft seating. AMC is offered with quarterly site visits and a 48-hour SLA on call-outs.
Do you offer turnkey interior fit-out or only furniture?
Furniture is the core, but we partner with empanelled civil, electrical and HVAC contractors for full turnkey projects. The single PO option covers furniture plus loose-fit interior items (acoustic panels, branded signage, soft furnishings); civil and MEP work is quoted alongside under a separate annexure. Free design consultation across the board — no design fee.

Pricing is project-specific and shared after the site survey, since it depends on size, finish, and hardware.
