Pick sliding, hinged, or full walk-in. Hettich runners are standard, with Salice, Grass or Blum on select lines. The carcass is BWP plywood from Greenply or Century, and finishes are matched in our 60,000 sq.ft Greater Noida workshop before delivery. Mirror panels, sensor-triggered LED strips and dedicated jewellery drawers slot into the interior layout we draw for your room, with no design fee. Zumax has been building this way since 2008.
Wardrobes that make getting dressed easier
A cross-section from the three ranges: bronze-tinted glass walk-ins, cane-panel sliders for compact flats, and walnut-veneer hinged builds with chevron detail. Veneer is sourced from Bhutan Tuff. Each one is made to order, and each interior is configured around your inventory during the design consultation.

We size the carcass to your wall, then plan the interior around what you actually own. Hardware comes from Hettich on every build. The carcass is BWP plywood from Greenply or Century, and finishes are matched in our Greater Noida workshop before delivery. Glass on mirror-fronted shutters is Saint-Gobain or AIS tempered. Nothing about a Zumax wardrobe is off-the-shelf except the standards we hold it to.

Zumax has been drawing and building modular furniture from Greater Noida for over 16 years. Wardrobes have been a core line from the start, not a recent add-on.
60,000 sq.ft workshop in-house
Every carcass, shutter and drawer is cut, edge-banded and finished at our own 60,000 sq.ft facility in Ecotech III. No outsourced sub-assemblies and no white-labelled imports.
Hettich, Saint-Gobain, Bhutan Tuff
Hardware is Hettich as standard, with Salice, Grass or Blum on select lines. Glass is Saint-Gobain or AIS tempered, and walnut veneer is sourced from Bhutan Tuff. Brands are named on the quote.
Flat 10-year warranty
A clean 10-year warranty covers body, shutters and hardware on every Zumax wardrobe. Workmanship cover on the install is also 10 years, with replacement parts stocked at Greater Noida.
NCR own crew, 100-hour salt-spray finish
Across Delhi NCR, the in-house fitting crew handles install at no charge. Powder-coat hardware accessories are tested to 100 hours of salt-spray with Paramount or AkzoNobel paint.
ISO 9001 and 14001 certified
The workshop is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, with GreenGuard and FSC documents available on relevant lines. Procurement and architect trade desks can request the file set.

Free site survey with laser measure
A Zumax surveyor visits with a laser distance meter, tablet and material samples. Ceiling drops, plumb walls, skirting and electrical points are recorded before a single line is drawn.

2D and 3D layout in 5 working days
The in-house CAD studio returns a layout drawn around your clothing inventory, with hanging heights, drawer banks, jewellery trays and shoe shelving sized to the audit. Revisions are included.

Written quote in 24 to 48 hours
Once the layout is signed off, the Business Coordinator Team shares a written quote within 24 to 48 hours. It covers carcass, shutter, hardware mix and install. No estimate creep after sign-off.

Cutting, edge banding, finishing and dry-assembly happen at our 60,000 sq.ft workshop in Ecotech III, Greater Noida. Subject to site readiness on paint and electrical at your end.

Across Delhi NCR, the in-house fitting crew handles delivery and assembly at no charge. Outside NCR is run by Zumax-supervised partner crews. Workmanship is covered for 10 years.
What goes into a Zumax luxury wardrobe
- BWP plywood carcass
- The carcass is BWP plywood sourced from Greenply or Century, rated for Indian humidity. Edges are sealed with PVC banding so moisture cannot creep in along the cut line.
- Hettich runners and hinges
- Sliding tracks and hinges are Hettich as standard, with Salice, Grass or Blum specified on select lines. Top rollers are anti-jump and bottom runners are silent-glide. No marketplace substitutions.
- Laminate and veneer finishes
- Laminate is drawn from Marino, Greenlam or Royal Touch, all EN 438 / IS 2046 compliant. Walnut and oak veneer is sourced from Bhutan Tuff and matched in our Greater Noida workshop before delivery.
- Saint-Gobain tempered glass shutters
- Glass on mirror-fronted, bronze and smoked shutters is Saint-Gobain or AIS tempered. The lamination and edge polish are done in-house so the shutter reaches site ready to hang.
- Sensor-triggered LED strips
- 4000K neutral white LED strips run along the inside edge of the door frame and switch on as the door opens. Standard on every walk-in build, optional on sliding and hinged ranges.
- Soft-close drawers and jewellery trays
- Drawer banks ride on Hettich soft-close runners, with velvet-lined jewellery trays and tie-pull-outs configured to your audit. Hanging rods are stress-tested to the carcass before despatch.

What is the difference between sliding, hinged and walk-in wardrobes?
Sliding wardrobes save floor space because the doors travel laterally on tracks. That suits narrow Indian bedrooms, or rooms where a bed sits close to the wardrobe wall. Hinged builds open out to full-width access of the interior, using the same carcass specification. Walk-in builds convert an adjoining alcove or small room into a dedicated dressing area, with integrated mirror, lighting and a centre island where space allows.
How are Zumax luxury wardrobes quoted?
Pricing is project-specific and shared after the site survey, since it depends on linear footage of the carcass, shutter material, interior fit-out and hardware mix. Which hardware do you use on sliding doors?
Hettich tracks are standard on every Zumax sliding build, with Salice, Grass or Blum specified on select lines. The top rollers are anti-jump and the bottom runners are silent-glide. We do not substitute with unbranded marketplace runners.
Can the interior be customised to my clothes?
Yes. The interior is drawn after a wardrobe audit. We count your suits, sarees, folded layers, shoes and accessories during the consultation. Hanging heights, drawer banks, jewellery trays and shoe shelving are then sized to that count. There is no design fee.
What is the lead time for a custom wardrobe in Delhi NCR?
15 days from order confirmation, subject to site readiness on paint and electrical. The clock starts after CAD sign-off and deposit, not after the initial enquiry. Tier-2 cities add 2 to 3 days on top of that window. Install in NCR is handled by the in-house Zumax fitting crew.
Are Zumax wardrobes termite and moisture resistant?
The carcass is BWP plywood from Greenply or Century, rated for Indian humidity. Laminate is from Marino, Greenlam or Royal Touch. Edges are sealed with PVC banding so moisture cannot creep in along the cut line.
Is integrated LED lighting available inside the wardrobe?
Yes. Sensor-triggered LED strips run along the inside edge of the door frame and switch on as the door opens. This is standard on every walk-in build, and optional on hinged and sliding ranges. The strips are 4000K neutral white, which renders fabric colour accurately.
Do you ship and install outside Greater Noida?
Yes. The workshop sits at 221/1, Udyog Kendra I, Ecotech III, Greater Noida. Delivery and install across Delhi NCR is free and handled by the in-house Zumax fitting crew. Outside NCR is handled by Zumax-supervised partner crews, with logistics billed as actuals on the order. Tier-2 cities add 2 to 3 days to the lead time.
Looking after your Zumax luxury wardrobe
Wipe shutters with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For laminate and veneer, use a barely damp cloth and dry off immediately. Avoid abrasive scrubs and ammonia-based glass cleaners on tinted shutters.
Lubricate the Hettich sliding track with a dry PTFE spray every 6 months. Keep the track free of dust and small fabric fibres so the anti-jump rollers stay aligned.
Vacuum the bottom runner channel once a month with a brush attachment. Grit in the channel is the single biggest cause of sticky sliders over time.
Wipe the inside LED sensor strip every quarter with a dry cloth so the proximity sensor reads cleanly. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the sensor.
Leave shutters open for an hour after monsoon-season cleaning so the carcass interior airs out fully. Avoid stacking heavy luggage on the top deck.
